Echo Investment has signed a contract with Modzielewski & Rodek Sp. Z.o.o
A contract regarding the implementation of the raw state of a 155 metres high office building Q22 has been signed between Echo Investment and Modzelewski & Rodek Sp. Z o.o. The object is going to be built at the intersection of Jana Pawła II Ave. and Grzybowska Street. The cost of the contract is worth 98. 5-mln pln net.
Q22 is going to offer more than 50 000 sqm of office space. The building is going to be built on the site where previously stood Marcure hotel. All materials from the demolition of the building have been recycled with result of 1, 500 tons of steel and 25 000 tons of concrete aggregate. They have been reused in the implementation of other Echo Investment’s investments in Warsaw. The construction of the underground part of the office building is expected to begin in October 2013 and will last for about a year. Kuryszłowicz & Associates in collaboration with Buro Happold Polska is responsible for the architectural design of Q22. The value of the investment was estimated at 500 M. PLN.
