One of the BBI Development NFI's subsidiaries has concluded an agreement, which includes erection and commercialisation of an office building in Warsaw.
BBI Development NFI is a public company, quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company deals with developer activities in the real estate market. The scope of the offered services includes identification and acquisition of new real estates and investment projects, carrying out architectural works, project management, comprehensive legal services of investment process, as well as commercialisation, sale and space management.
BBI Development is one the the three parts of BB Investment Group. The main shareholder of the company is BB Investment SA – an investment company from Poznań. Other shareholders are i.a. Pioneer funds and Juvenes original partners.
