The first stage of Browar Lubicz is completed in 80%. There is clinker on two residential buildings already, the whole is complemented with glass and larch wood used at balconies and façades. The walls are plastered, hydraulic and electricity works have also been completed.
Balmoral Properties, the investor, has started construction of further stages of the project. In the second stage there are three buildings to be erected, providing 130 flats. They will have four and five storeys. Lately the project received an authorisation to build the third stage, which currently is in progress. At present underground garages are being worked on. The stage includes erecting a small building with 30 flats and a modern office building with 5000 square meters of space to rent.
Paweł Wassilew, Head of Sales and Marketing at Balmoral Properties says: The whole necessary social infrastructure will be created here. In the area of the project there will be nursery, playground, three squares and commercial premisses, shops and cafés. The most well known building of the project – the Goetz Palace – will be renovated and turned into the already mentioned office building with conference zone. First tenants will be able to move in in November.
The complex is located at Lubicz Street 17, about 800 meters from the Main Square and the Old Town.
