Union Investment Real Estate GmbH has decided to choose Knight Frank company to be a sole agent responsible for the commercialisation of Horizon Plaza and Lipiński Passage objects.
The former is located in the centre of business district Mokotów, on Domaniewska street. It consists of two interconnected buildings which offer in total 35,000 m2. Thanks to unique facade, the object is easy to recognise, and its quality is proven by, among other things, good lighting and easy to arrange office space.
Lipiński Passage is located in Warsaw Central Business Zone. It has been built in 1898, and in 2010 it was renovated and given back for business. Currently it can be perceived as one of the most prestigious and stylish buildings for lease in the capital. The tenants have at their disposal 3,500 m2 of office, service and commercial space. The investment has been finished in high standard, and the localisation in the city centre allows for good communication with other regions of Warsaw.
The buildings belong to Union Investment Real Estate GmbH fund, which is also an owner of Warsaw Zebra Tower and Senator office buildings. The fund is managing assets worth over 21,3 milliard Euro and located all over the world.
Knight Frank Sp. z o.o. belongs to international Knight Frank group, an advisor in the real estate sector. Together with American Newmark, Knight Frank, has a network of 370 offices in 48 countries. The company provides, among others, services concerning developer and investment advising, real estate appraisal, real estate management and the lease of office spaces.
