All the interested will have a chance to participate in another edition of LEED training in Warsaw on the 15th, 16th and 17th July 2013. It will be taught by Agnes Vorbrodt, the founder and Deputy President of Polish Green Buidling Council (PLGBC), an owner of the firm VvS | Architects & Consultants and the only USGBC Faculty in CEE region.
LEED 201 training ensures a solid ground for preparing for LEED Green Associate exam, provides information about the exam and learning materials, and also gives knowledge allowing to easily talk about basic topics related with LEED certification. Participation in the training allows to fulfil GBCI's formal requirement of taking the exam – says Agnes Vorbrodt. LEED 251 BD+C provides a solid knowledge to commence work on projects applying for certifications LEED-CS and LEED-NC, and is an official preparatory course to LEED AP BC+C exam and a continuation of LEED 201 – she adds.
For those who want to acquire basis for beginning work on projects applying for LEED EB:O+M certification, that is for existing buildings and managing buildings, the training LEED 251 EB:O+M was prepared. Due to this course, one may acquire knowledge concerning LEED O+M rating system, including requirements of particular criteria and standards, on which LEED is based. This course may be treated as a preparation for LEED AP O+M exam. It is especially attractive for owners and administrators of buildings.
In order to register on the training an application should be sent via e-mail by the 1st July 2013. The course is taught in Polish, whereas training materials and presentations are in English.
PLGBC, which until now has trained more than 250 people, is an organizer of the event. All the participants can pride themselves on the certificate of completing the training, which is given by USGBC.
