The office buildings Okrąglak and Kwadraciak belong to Immobel company, which modernized them thoroughly and commissioned in 2012. Currently, they offer A-class rental space. Colliers International, a counselor operating on the real estate market, won the tender for managing both buildings.
Okrąglak is one of the most characteristic buildings in Poznań. It is located near the crossroad of Mielżyńskiego and 27 Grudnia streets, in the city center. It offers 7000 sq meters on nine levels and 6000 sq meters belong to the offices. It distinguishes oneself thanks to its waltz-like shape and quasi-modernistic architecture. Okrąglak was designed by Mark Leykam and it has aroused many controversies since its beginning in 1995. In 2005, the building was awarded with Golden Quadro as the best building of Poznań in 1955-2005.
Kwadraciak is located in the very nearness of Okrąglak. It offers its lessees 930 sq meters and the office space is 750 sq meters. Both buildings are connected with an overhead footbridge.
