The office building is located in the Podgórze district, nearby Plac Bohaterów Getta. Bank BPH has put up for sale the right of perpetual usufruct of plots covering the total of 1,953 sq m, alongside the right of ownership of the buildings located on the grounds. These are two buildings assigned for office and business purposes whose respectable areas are 4 495,64 and 177,43 sq m.
According to the land development plan, the plot is located on residential and service grounds. - says Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, Associate Director at Corporate Real Estate Management, DTZ, who oversees the sale.
The office building is a very characteristic element of local architecture. It has 13 storeys, including an underground one. Its greatest asset is the location nearby the city centre.
Thanks to the building’s location near bus lines and the southern bypass, it is easy to access Cracow city centre and other districts from here. The surroundings consist of multifamily dwellings and service centres, while the area itself holds a great potential for development. - adds Małgorzata Fibakiewicz.
Why did the bank decide to sell the property? The decision to sell the office block stems from the fact that Bank BPH aims for the situation in which all its employees will be able to work together in one place. The bank is currently looking for new premises for them. – explains Beata Zduńczyk-Golędzinowska, PR Director at Bank BPH.
