The investment is managed out by Brenda, a company from Warsaw. As we can read in “Gazeta Wyborcza”, the building will be commissioned by the end of this year. The earthworks will start next week. The office centre will be situated at the junction of Jasnogórska and Kościuszki streets.
The project includes three storeys of a total office space of 330 sq m. The elevation of the constructed centre are planned to be painted in different shades of grey. The investment will be completed in the second half of 2012.
Three years ago on the place of the construction stood a tenement, which has been pulled down because of its bad technical condition. The plot has been put up for auction and it cost the buyers 1,2 million PLN, as the newspaper informs.
