Aquarius Business House A class office is being executed in Wrocław. Echo Investment project received certification BREEAM Interim with a "Very Good" degree and result of 64,39%. Certification process of Aquarius Business House is led by Grontmij company.

Aquarius Business House is located in a centre of Wrocław at Borowska and Swobodna Street. The project was divided into two stages. First stage has started in June 2011 and ended at the end of November 2012. The end of second stage is planned on September 2013.

Complex offers modern technological solutions, high class IT links and energy-saving systems. Buildings are supposed to have 7 tiers each and 25 000sqm together. It was designed as an open plan system, which enables freely arrange interiors. Additionally, complex's users could use i.a. medical clinic, restaurant, café, fitness club, parking and checkroom for cyclists. Drivers will have 412 parking place at their disposal.
Echo Investment has already in its portfolio one certified building in a BREEAM system - Development Park in Warsaw.
