A student project Real Estate Case Day will be held on 25th April in the Warsaw School of Economics. Experts employed in international companies of the real estate industry such as JLL or CBRE will examine students from their ability of analytical thinking in the area of investing and real estate market.
Real Estate Case Day is a one day of workshops during which all participants will be resolving case studies concerning the real estate market. The goal of this project is to deliver practical knowledge gathered by experts in the industry. Students have a chance for participation in resolving case studies basing on problems which are encountered by our speakers every day. This edition of the conference will revolve around warehouse and office markets. It is the most practical project of the Student Scientific Club of Investments and Properties, which is the organizer of this event.
