The event will be held on 12-13 October 2013 in MTS Hall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For the 22nd time the largest meeting of the real estate industry will take place gathering representatives of municipalities, investors, developers, real estate agencies, financial institutions and insurance companies. This is the place where the most important commercial contracts are concluded.
The Fair is a prestigious and a popular event - based on the data from previous years. The previous edition gathered more than 90 exhibitors and 3700 visitors.

The autumn edition of the fair is unique because of the special preferential offer of the Fair Loan. Free advice, lectures, discussions
In the Zone of Expert Advice visitors can meet staff consultants who will provide expert advice in the field of law, tax, finance investments, apartment purchase in aftermarket or interior design and styling. Additionally, visitors will meet consultants specialized in rebuilding creditworthiness and financing in difficult cases, such as a negative credit history in Credit Information Bureau.
