The investor offers the opportunity of lease or acquisition of office, commercial and service premises. Although they are sold in builders finish standard, there is also a possibility of turnkey operation. The standard of premises for rent is specified by the investor, however, tenants can affect the final look within the so called fit-out.
Office Design
The office space in Eclipse is currently available in the open-space standard. The offices are divided and adapted depending on the needs of tenants. Eclipse is distinguished by a new approach to office space design, that is flexible functional settings. The tenants will have office space from ca. 50 sq. m at their disposal. The usable space on one whole tier totals 402 sq. m (including 376 sq. m of office space, the remaining parts: communication, social room, toilets). The space division is limited by the location of buoyant poles, air conditioning slots and window space. The scheme of each floor is identical whereas the tiers are only different from each other in respect of window setting.
Moreover, the investor offers the opportunity of adaptation and design of office space in accordance with the tenants' needs (the already mentioned fit-out). It can be done for free, provided that the lease contract is signed for 5 years.
There are two service premises of the total space amounting to 250 sq. m on the ground floor. It is possible to divide this space into two separate premises with two different entrances from the street.
