We asked a lot of developers about their Christmas decorations inside and outside the office. Although not everyone found this subject obvious, we managed to collect a dozen or so photos presenting Christmas elements inside and outside various offices and even… on the construction sites.
One of the structures, in which Christmas elements were present, has been recently commissioned – that is Eurocentrum Office Complex. It is extremely important for the Capital Park Group to create all employees in Eurocentrum Office Complex a friendly and climatic atmosphere. In spite of the fact that we try to do it every day by meeting expectations of our tenants, we also wanted every occupier of the structure to feel special in this pre-holiday period. First and foremost, the office is a place of work and business meetings. Therefore, we did not want to use too obvious Christmas symbols like Santa Claus, ubiquitous stars or a standard Christmas tree – comments Kinga Nowakowska, Chief Operating Officer in Capital Park Group – the owner of the investment.
The effect of accepted assumptions were decorations in red color contrasting with a natural green of walls, glass, steel construction elements and graphite stone. Some decorations are also noticeable outside the building – these are red Christmas balls, the continuation of which – after entering the structure – are red Christmas ornaments in different sizes, hanging on the ceiling on both sides of a three-storey high main hall. The graphite planters with the most characteristic plants for Christmas, that is red poinsettias, became the additional ornaments of the decoration.
Moreover, Silver Tower Center complex is going to celebrate its first Christmas in Wrocław. Here the decorations were in the form of untypical white Christmas trees in a public hotel and a conference part.
Due to modern profile of the building – elegant and glass façade divided into vertical and sharp profiles which dynamize the whole solid – there was no need to hang occasional illuminations. It was important not to ruin the modern and elegant shape of the whole building – explains Aleksandra Sikora, Project Manager in Silver Tower Center. However, it does not mean that we resigned from Christmas decorations in Silver Tower Center. Silver-white Christmas trees placed in a public part look like they have just been brought from a snow-covered wood. They have no Christmas balls – it was about to harmonize with the area’s arrangement, in which geometric patterns, vivid colors and contrasts such as red, orange, black and white play a crucial role. The combination which presents itself particularly intriguing is white Christmas trees with lining in black and white zigzags. The trees look beautiful also at night, in a diffuse light. Moreover, they can be seen from the outside, from the square in front of Silver Tower Center – answers Aleksandra Sikora.
Other developers also decided to introduce a Christmas atmosphere to their investments. We encourage you to watch an inspiring gallery, in which we will present decorated offices.
