In November 2012, Echo Investment has given for use the first stage of Wrocław office complex Aquarius Business House. Finishing of the second stage is planned for October 2013. The developer has sold the complex to a Spanish investor Azora Europe for 41,9 million Euro.
Delta 44 office building has been built in the place of an old printing house in Wrocław. The investment belongs to Vantage Development company.
Warimpex company has taken to renovating a tenement house located on Próżna street in Warsaw. Le Palais office building was sold to the fund IVG Warschau Fonds.
Poznań investment Malta House is located on the shore of Malta Lake. Currently in the building there are last finishing works being done. The investor is Skanska company.
Senator office building was opened for use in July 2012. The investor, Ghelamco company, has sold the object for 120 million Euro. The new owner is Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.
