S7 expressway, which connects certain points of Little Poland and Pomeranian Voivodeships located within ca. 720 km from each other, runs through a territory of several economic zones situated on the area of five voivodeships. Along S7, there are: Cracow Technology Park, Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, „Starachowice” Special Economic Zone, Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN as well as Warmia and Mazury Special Economic Zone.
The exploration of investment possibilities on the areas located along the route has been lasting for several months. Their fitment and proper promotion will allow the undeveloped territories to be convenient places intended for new investments. The development of this area will contribute to creation of new workplaces which will be a great benefit for both regions and economy of the whole country.
All partnerships which manage special economic zones situated along S7 decided to get involved into the project. In order to realize a costly and long-lasting process, they have to i.a. prepare a joint investment offer, start promotion actions and cooperation with various organizations. They will be inaugurated on the conference titled „S7. Seven challenges. Million chances”.
The agreements between zones and voivodeships will be signed during the event. Moreover, members of the government were also invited to participate in the conference: Ewa Kopacz – Prime Minister and Ilona Antoniszyn-Klik – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy.
