MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels d'Immobilier – International Real Estate Industry Fair Trade) is organized in French Cannes for the 26th time. It is the largest and the most prestigious real estate fair trade in Europe. Over 31 thousand participants from 93 countries took part in this event last year. It includes investors, developers and representatives of municipal self-governments. All cities and regions will have an occasion to building and popularize their images and present plots and properties intended for investments during the meeting in Cannes.
MIPIM is going to present a few Polish cities this year: Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Cracow, Katowice, Gdańsk, Gliwice, Lubartów, as well as a couple of regions: Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Silesian Metropolis, Lower-Silesia Region and Eastern Poland. Warsaw will be represented by a headword: „Warsaw – the City to invest in, the City to live in” and it will present some plots in Praga and Śródmieście districts which are intended for sales. Wrocław will be hosted on the trade fair in Cannes for the twentieth time and it will present two projects – ESK 2016 and The World Games 2017 as well as lands intended for investments. Moreover, the capital of Little Poland is going to present the „Cracow-Nowa Huta of the future” project and some investment proposals.
MIPIM is a place of exchange thoughts, experience and also a meeting of potential sellers and buyers. Therefore, the leading players on the real estate markets are present on this event. All developers carefully select and introduce their best major projects each year.
