Warsaw Build 2015
Lentwenc company, owned by ITE Group – an international promoter of trade fairs, is organizing Warsaw Build fair for the third time. It will take place on 16-18th September 2015 in EXPO XXI Center in Warsaw.
It is worth reminding that the second edition of Warsaw Build International Building & Interiors Exhibition Fair, under „Design – Architecture – Construction” headword, attracted 70 exhibitors from 12 countries, 2 thousand visitors, 54 journalists and few TV stations. The event was organized under the Honorary Patronage of Polish Architect Association.
The Joinery Market Leader Gall was held during Warsaw Build 2014, on which companies which recorded the biggest sale of products in particular categories were awarded. Moreover, the preliminary to VII Glazing Championships aroused great interest. The visitors were able to follow the struggling of specialists performing glazing works. Among many other attractions, it is worth mentioning about lectures and performances dedicated to individual clients who visited EXPO XXI on the last day of the fair.
In the moment when we started the organization of the second edition of Warsaw Build, we took into consideration the construction market which has been getting out of the crisis and the needs of professionals related to this process. The continuous supplementation of knowledge and skills is crucial in the activity of this industry – says Anna Rabiej, fair manager. Additionally, we wanted to give the possibility of participation in fair to people who are planning or are in the middle of the construction or arrangement of a house and thus who need professional advice or familiarization on the market of construction and interior materials – adds Rabiej.
The year 2015 is going to be very optimistic for the construction market. Probably, it will be the time of getting out of the crisis. The analysts forecast that more noticeable increase will be recorded in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018, when the investments which are starting now will gather momentum.
In order to meet unexpected changes, the organizers of Warsaw Build fair started preparations for the next edition.
