The growing demand for office surface in the city in the last 18 months confirmed our hopes. Moreover, over 80% of the first part of Enterprise Park has been rented before the completion of the construction.’ - said Guy Speir, Director of Leasing & Marketing for Central and Eastern Europe in Avestus Real Estate.
The complex is coming into existence in Cracow’s centre (3,5 km from The Main Market Square) at Powstancy Wielkopolscy Avenue in Podgorze district. Three 4-storey buildings of class A will be built within the compex. In total around 28 000 square metres of office surface of the higest standard will be put at the tenants’ disposal. The space of the buildings was designed so as to ensure the most flexible division and arrangament of offices.
