Office premises of Bank, with area 595,20 sq meters will occupy whole fourth floor in wing A. The Bank will also take space on the ground-floor of the building, where additionaly Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen department with area of 226,87 sq meters will be located.
Construction of OPERA Office has been finished. At present, decorations and finish works are in progress. It is also known that the building will be maintain by HOCHTIEF Facility Management Polska company.
OPERA Office is an A class modern building. It contains two wings - four-storey part A with area of 700 sq meters and three-storey part B with area of 1000 sq meters. Building offers 7300 sq meters area of modern space dedicated for rental. EURO STYL, the owner of OPERA Office building, has signed a lase agreement with Raiffeisen Bank of Poland, which sublet the area of 595,20 m kw.
