The project will cost 9 million PLN gross and will be completed within 24 months in the formula of Design & Build. Skanska is obliged to turnkey execution of office space and social facilities as well as energy installation connections, telecommunications, water, sewerage and district heating.
The building will be will be equipped with server room (200 sq m), room for the operators, storage and space linked to these facilities. The total area of the building will amount to 2 800 square meters. The object will have 11.8 m height.
It is worthy to say that surroundings of the airport became a destination for the fisrt airport business park in Warsaw.

Skanska has signed an agreement for completion of an office and warehouse building with technical infrastructure at the area of technical base of the Warsaw Chopin Airport.
