The board of Żywiec Zdrój S.A. - Poland's biggest mineral water producer - is going to occupy the 8th floor and antresole in the 10-floor Adgar Plaza B building. The new leaseholder plans to move in june this year. There are 1 700 sq. m. remaining for rent in the building.

Adgar office complex consists of three buildings - Adgar Business Centre (11 600 m2) as well as buildings Adgar Plaza A and B ( 27 000 m2 combined ). In total, Adgar center's rent area amounts to 39 000 m2. The complex has two separate energy sources and generators, a server room, and series of other benefits, such as conference center Adgar Plaza, sport and recreation center Calypso Fitness Club with wellness services, gym, swimming pool, fitness, spa, squash courts or restaurants and cafes.
