Dentons is a global legal office, which launched a new shared services center (Dentons Business Services EMEA – DBSE) in Warsaw in order to service processes in the area of finances, marketing, HR and IT for lawyers of the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).
Dentons legal office was advised by the experts of JLL during the process of searching for a new location and negotiating the lease conditions, whereas Peakside fund – the owner of Atrium Centrum – was represented by Sharman Church.
Due to dynamic development of our company, we made a decision about centralization of all functions of the strategic support in the new shared services center in Warsaw. The objective of DBSE is providing all offices of Dentos in the EMEA region as well as in Great Britain with the highest quality services in finances, marketing, HR and IT. After a thorough analysis of locations, we chose Warsaw because of such factors as the access to highly qualified experts with the knowledge of foreign languages and with experience in working in the international organizations – says Piotr Macieja, Director of Dentons Business Services, EMEA.
Atrium Centrum is a seven-tier building, which offers ca. 17 400 sq. m. of office and retail space as well as more than 200 parking places in the underground garage. The office is characterized by a good location in the business center of the capital at Jana Pawła II 27 Avenue. Additionally, the building was awarded BREEAM In-Use in 2014.
