Two new companies decided to locate their headquarters in the office at Aleje Jerozolimskie 96 in Warsaw. Logista Poland, which specializes in transport and warehouse services for tobacco producers, is to occupy 270 sq. m, whereas distributor of LED lighting – Havac – is to occupy 200 sq. m.
Moreover, a company which specializes in outsourcing of IT personnel, project management, team leasing, IT service and software testing – Connectis – decided to extend the leasable space by 130 sq. m. At present, it occupies 630 sq. m in Equator II.
The level of rented area in Equator II amounts to nearly 98 per cent and soon the commercialization process is to come to a close. We are very pleased that our projects arouse unflagging interest among tenants – says Andrzej Lany, Manager for Lease and Marketing, Karimpol Poland.
Moreover, building of an additional access road from a western direction to the office complex Equator has already started. The last section of the access road which is to connect the existing service route in front of the buildings of Equator with the road in front of Eurocentrum is currently in progress. People who commute through Aleje Jerozolimskie from Dworzec Zachodni railway station will be able to get to the building by internal access road without necessity of turning back to Plac Zawiszy (Zawisza Square). The road is to be completed by the end of this year.
Equator II offers 21 300 sq. m of leasable space. The service and gastronomic area amounts to 400 sq. m, whereas the trade area – 1 530 sq. m. The building was awarded BREEAM IN USE at the Very Good level. It was designed by the architectural studio APA Wojciechowski.
