The contract concerns such buildings as O3 Business Campus in Krakow (1st, 2nd and 3rd stage), Tryton Business House in Gdańsk, A4 Business Park in Katowice (3rd stage) and Symetris Business Park in Łódź (1st and 2nd stage). These contracts result from the right of first offer (ROFO) of EPP towards 10 real estates realized by Echo Investment.

Buildings of Tryton, 1st stage of O3, Business Park III and Symetris I have already been finished, whereas the completion of 2nd stage of O3 and Symetris II is planned at the end of this year. The last sold building – 3rd stage of O3 – is to be finished in 2017. The closing of this contract is guaranteed after meeting certain conditions, e.g. obtaining a permit from the antirust office.
It is another transaction which is clear evidence of reciprocal benefits of partnership between Echo Investment and EPP. These sold offices are perfectly situated and designed in such a way that they arouse great interest among both current tenants and potential tenants – says Nicklas Lindberg, President of Echo Investment.
O3 Business Campus is situated in the northern part of Krakow at the crossroads of Opolska Street and 29 Listopada Avenue. It is an office complex class A composed of three 12-tier buildings of the total size amounting to 57 thousand sq. m.
Tryton Business House is an office situated at the crossroads of Jana z Kolna Street and Wałów Piastowskich Street in Gdańsk. The building is composed of a tower, which reaches 11 tier, and two lower 6-tier buildings.
A4 Business Park in Katowice is an office complex composed of two 10-tier buildings and one 7-tier building.
Symetris Business Park is an office complex of the total size amounting to 19 000 sq. m composed of two buildings joined together with a common garage.
