Menard and Soletanche were searching for a well located headquarters in the north of Warsaw with an easy driving and access to the route S8. Another requirement was proper setting of area for companies which share office space. Irydion meets all these expectations – says Karolina Adamiak, Consultant in Tenant Representation Department of JLL.
Irydion offers jointly ca. 9 200 sq. m of leased space on five aboveground tiers. This structure is situated in the Warsaw Żoliborz district. The building is characterized by good exposition – in the frontage development at the crossroads of Powązkowska and Krasińskiego Streets. The main asset of Irydion is the location enabling easy access to the strict city center of Warsaw by both car and means of pubic communication. There are Klif and Arkadia shopping malls in close proximity to the structure. The building’s owner is Lone Star Real Estate Fund III, whereas the manager and the person responsible for lease of the building is GTC.
Experts of JLL helped us in professional presentation of the new office as well as the conditions of its lease for foreign owners of our company, for whom the Warsaw requirements are different from the Paris ones. We hope that the new office in Irydion and its social solutions will be a positive motivational impulse for employees of Menard and Soletanche, which are celebrating their tenth and twentieth anniversary of the activity in the field of geotechnics in Poland – sums up Grzegorz Karbowski, Financial and Administrational Director of Menard and Soletanche.
