The price used to be the most important factor in the past, however, currently employees' expectations are also taken into consideration – they concern both convenient location and arrangement standards, and employee well-being became one of the key factors in the process of choosing a new office. The awareness of this fact and the willingness to face new expectations became the main driver in changing Warsaw Trade Tower. Thanks to the performed modernization of the building, we created a completely new quality of office space, including the approach to the needs of clients. Thus, we are very glad that all companies which were present in WTT remain in the building and develop together with us as well as that we can welcome new tenants – comments Izabela Kapil, Vice President Portfolio Management – Europe.
