GTC has purchased two office structures in Poland, which jointly offer 30 000 sq. m of office space. The commercialization level of the first one – Neptun Office Center in Gdańsk – amounts to 73 per cent, whereas Sterlinga Business Center in Łódź has already been rented in 94 per cent. The average lease period in case of both offices amounts to 3-5 years and the available space for rent in these structures totals around 5000 sq. m, which secures the steady income and enables increasing potential of cash flows and value of properties.
The demand for modern office areas in regional Polish cities increases each year, which is confirmed by the record-breaking number of lease transactions concluded in 2015. Neptun Office Center is an office skyscraper offering 16 082 sq. m of office space. The glazed facade of the office provides a great amount of daylight as well as the view of the city, the Baltic Sea and commercial port.
Sterlinga Business Center is situated in the center of Łódź. The building delivers 13 895 sq. m of leased area located on 9 floors. There is also a 2-tier underground garage with 203 parking places in the office.
