Three tenants of Kupiec Poznański – one of the biggest companies of the food and drink industry on the domestic market, financial institution as well as company which specializes in organization of training courses – have recently renewed lease contracts for more than 3000 sq. m. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland – consulting company and exclusive agent of the investment which represents the owner in the process of lease of commercial and office space – was responsible for renegotiation of contracts. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is also a manager of properties. Thanks to flexible and individual approach to each tenant, we have managed to finalize lease contracts for almost 30 per cent of office space. The measurement of space while renewing contracts was conducted in accordance with the BOMA norm, which is the first stage of realization concerning broader strategy of repositioning of the structure.
