Ashland Poland decides to extend a lease contract for around 1020 sq. m of office space in University Business Center II. Thanks to the contract, the building will be almost totally rented. The owner of the structure – Savillis Investment Management – was represented by Knight Frank during the transaction process. The consulting company is also the exclusive agent and manager of University Business Center II.
