Accenture Service – a company delivering services in the area of consulting, modern technologies and outsourcing – is going to move into the office owned by Deka Imobillien fund – Grzybowska Park – in June this year. This new tenant will occupy 2616 sq. m of office space on the first as well as on the second floor of the building. Savills – exclusive agent of the investment – was mediating during the lease transaction.
