A company operating in the industry of online financial services – Wonga.pl – is going to open a new office. It will be located in the Warsaw Harmony Office Center complex, where the company has already rented almost 1000 sq. m of office space in the office D. During the lease process, the owner of the building – Spanish fund Azora Europa – was represented by Knight Frank agency, which is also responsible for management of three other buildings of Harmony Office Center.
It is our third office. We wanted to choose a location which will help us to maintain balance between a dynamical development of the business activity, cozy office and creative atmosphere of our start-up. We found such place in Harmony Office Center and we immediately made ourselves at home – Marcin Borowiecki, Managing Director of Wonga in Poland, says. The number of people in our team is dynamically increasing and thus we made a decision on renting a larger office in the building D. In spite of increasing the size of the leased area as well as scale of the business activity, we managed to maintain the same cozy and friendly atmosphere in the company. Both surrounding and location of the office definitely favor us – Borowiecki adds.
We are pleased with the fact that the office space offered by Harmony Office Center arouses interest among present tenants and potential clients. Wonga.pl is a very good example of it – Anna Szelc, a person who represents the Azora Europa fund on the CEE market, says.
Wonga is an international FinTech company which specializes in online loans. It has been operating on the Polish market since 2013.
Harmony Office Center II, which includes the building D, is an office complex class A located in the Warsaw Mokotów district – a part bordering on Śródmieście.
