Current tenants of Lubicz Office Center in Cracow: International Paper, Bank BZ WBK, Polmed and Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA extended the term of their lease contracts for 8815 sq. m of office space in the structure owned by Griffin Real Estate. Moreover, the department of CBRE joined the group of tenants in the office building at the end of 2015. Lubicz Office Center I and II are structures in which we noticed a huge potential from the very beginning. Therefore, they were included in the portfolio of Griffin Real Estate. High standard and perfect location in the center of Cracow determine their attractiveness. The tenants also appreciated it, which is reflected by their willingness to stay in our buildings – comments Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Office Leasing, Griffin Real Estate.
