Velux Poland trade office is going to move into the B2 office in The Park Warsaw complex situated in Warsaw at the end of May this year.

Velux Poland trade office owned by the Dutch holding VKR is going to move into the B2 office in The Park Warsaw complex situated in Warsaw at the end of May this year. The new headquarters of the leading producer and exporter of windows in the country will occupy nearly 1700 sq. m of office space. JLL consulting company represented Velux Poland during the process of searching for a registered office and negotiating conditions of a lease contract.

The Park Warsaw is a complex composed of 10 office buildings class A with the total lease area amounting to 110 000 sq. m. It is located at Krakowiaków 50 Street on the area of the Włochy district in Warsaw. The complex is characterized by an innovative architecture as well as unique arrangement of squares and greenery. The Park Warsaw has been awarded BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The project of the investment was devised by the architectural studio APA Wojciechowski. First three buildings hold headquarters of such companies as IBM, British American Tobacco, AkzoNobel, Johnson Controls, Cenega, Qloc, GoodYear, Mineral Midrange, NCR, RTV Euro AGD, or Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (formerly Sobieski). The owner of The Park Warsaw is AIG and White Star Real Estate partners.
