EY Global Delivery Network Poland rented 2111 sq. m in Bema Plaza situated in Wrocław. The owner of the structure – German investment fund DEKA Immobilien – was represented by Knight Frank as an exclusive agent, whereas the tenant was represented by Grupa Rynku Nieruchomości. The building Bema Plaza has aroused a great interest among international corporations for many years due to its location and high standard of finishing the area. The structure holds headquarters of such companies as Google, Nokia and UPS. All these companies are long-term tenants. We are glad that EY joined the group of such prestigious tenants, and the office in Bema Plaza will be a headquarters for other employees of the already existing EY Global Delivery Network Poland in Wrocław – comments Dorota Kościelniak, Partner and Regional Director who manages the Wrocław department of Knight Frank.
The experts of EY Global Delivery Network Poland will be mainly engaged in activity in the area of ICT in the new office in Bema Plaza, which coincides with the conception of the company to launch a global IT development center in Wrocław. However, all plans concerning development of EY Global Delivery Network Poland are not limited to only one area, but they also include other services such as financing, accounting, HR, creative services for business, risk management, project management, purchases and knowledge management.
EY Global Delivery Network (GDN) is a global chain of centers, from which such services as Global Talent Hub – GTH and Global Shared Services – GSS are delivered. Experts in Wrocław EY GDN Poland currently service 14 European countries and they participate in global EY projects.
Bema Plaza was commissioned in 2009. Its total area amounts to 54 450 sq. m, 23 000 sq. m of which constitute office area. The property is managed by Knight Frank.
