A group of tenants in the office owned by Karimpol Poland – Equator II – was extended by six new companies. Five lease contracts were concluded in the previous year, whereas one of them – this year. Totally, 1200 sq. m were rented. The group of new tenants in the building includes such companies as Connectis – specializes in outsourcing of IT personnel, Railways Infrastructure and Integration Services – commercial company from the IT industry, Monster Poland – deliverer of IT employment services, GL Accounting Leader – company from the consulting industry, Westchester – American investment fund, as well as Grayling – communication agency.
Moreover, contracts with current four tenants for the total area amounting to more than 53 000 sq. m were extended last year. There are approx. 3200 sq. m of available space in the building, 2500 sq. m of which are currently in the process of advanced negotiations – informs Andrzej Lany, Manager for Lease and Marketing, Karimpol Poland.
Equator II was commissioned in October 2011. It is situated on the fringe of the city center of Warsaw at Jerozolimskie Avenue, in close proximity to Zawiszy Square and Ochota station. It offers jointly 21300 sq. m of leased area, 400 sq. m of which constitute commercial and gastronomic space (restaurant Chief's, optic boutique Good Look, press salon 1 Minute), and 1530 sq. m – service area (Medicover). The first tenants who occupied space in the building were Medicover, School and Pedagogical Publishers, AON and REGUS. The structure received the BREEAM IN USE certificate at the Very Good level. The office's project was devised in the APA Wojciechowski architectural studio.
