A company functioning in the IT industry – Ciklum – signed a lease contract concerning office space in Tryton Business House in Gdańsk. The new tenant is going to occupy approx. 1000 sq. m. The company’s headquarters will be mainly responsible for development of cooperation with customers and creation of software in technologies used all over the world (PHP, .Net, Java, Mobile Technologies, QA practices). Ciklum is planning to hire about 130 IT specialists in the new office in Tryton Business House this year.

The tenant was supported by CBRE consulting company during the process of choosing a location. Ciklum is the third client of CBRE which decided to locate their business in Tryton. The company represents the industry which has been recording the highest increase in employment for many years. Hence, the possibility of securing the space for further expansion was crucial – said Mariusz Wiśniewski, Chairman of CBRE Department in Tricity.
The main headquarters of Ciklum is situated in Ukraine. The company has been providing outsourcing services in the IT industry for more than 13 years. It services markets in over 30 countries. Moreover, it owns 15 departments all over the world hiring nearly 2500 employees.
Tryton Business House is a modern office class A which offers 22 000 sq. m of office space. The building is being realized in the center of Gdańsk at the crossroads of Jana z Kolna and Wałów Piastowskich Streets. There will be an underground car park with 262 parking places for cars in the office. The project was devised by the architectural studio Arch-Deco from Gdynia and it also envisages 72 covered parking places for bicycles. Bicyclists will be able to benefit from showers, changing-rooms and drying room. Tryton Business House is a building with a differentiated solid – it will have 6 tiers from Jana z Kolna Street and 11 tiers from the central part. Both parts will be joined by a 1-tier hall – a connector performing an office and service function, which is a public areaway with a passage in the direction of the railway station Gdańsk-Główny.
