One of the biggest private equity and venture capital companies in Central and Eastern Europe – Enterprise Investors – decided to stay in Warsaw Financial Center (WFC). The tenant extended a contract concerning lease of office with the size of 1717 sq. m located on the last floor of WFC. The company has been one of the key tenants in WFC since 2001.

The tenant was represented by Department of Office Areas in CBRE during the talks concerning renegotiation of the agreement. Tower office projects in the very heart of the city center are always prestigious addresses in all cities. An office in a class premium building situated in a good neighborhood is a perfect business card for clients and it constitutes a motivational factor for employees. The Enterprise Investors Fund has been connected with the WFC office building for many years thanks to occupying there the last prestigious floor. Enterprise Investors created eight funds with the total capital of over 2 billion euro from the moment of starting the activity in 1990. The funds have invested more than 1.7 billion euro in 135 companies operating in different sectors of economy. Until today 110 investment have been completed and the total income amounted to 2.3 billion euro.
Warsaw Financial Center is located at the crossroads of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska Streets. It is an office structure class A+ with 50 000 sq. m of leased area. The list of current tenants of the office includes more than 60 Polish and international companies, e.g. from the financial industry and FMCG, legal offices and banks. Warsaw Financial Center is owned by the Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III consortium, investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
