GTC concluded a preliminary contract about purchase of an office structure Pixel in Poznań which is located at the crossroads of Grunwaldzka and Babimojska Streets. We are glad that we may announce a purchase of Pixel in Poznań. After a successful increase in capital and purchase of Duna Tower in Budapest few weeks ago, it is another step on the way to realization of the adapted growth strategy. Today’s purchase enhances our position on developing office regional markets and it will enable us to benefit from the growth potential of these markets – says Thomas Kurzmann, Chairman of the Board, GTC.
Pixel office was commissioned in 2013. Thanks to e.g. location, the structure is a proper headquarters for companies from the sector of new technologies, e-commerce and industry of shared services (BPO, SSC, ITO). The building offers jointly 14 500 sq. m of gross leased area (office and commercial space). Tenants have a three-tier underground garage with 399 parking places as well as 32 parking places above the ground at their disposal. Additionally, wooden shelters for storage of bicycles were realized for bicyclist, and sanitary rooms, changing room and drying room were localized on the ground floor of the structure. The project of the office was devised in the JEMS Architekci studio. Pixel is totally rented by Allegro Group and 1400 employees of the company work in that building.
