Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH purchased the Dubois 41 office in Wrocław on behalf of „Europa Select Immobilien Invest” fund, whose previous owner was French Nacarat developer company. The value of the transaction amounted to ca. 21 million euro. The purchaser was represented by Cushman & Wakefield consulting company in the transaction process which was responsible for lease of office area in Dubois 41, design of office areas for tenants and coordination of finishing works. At present, it manages the structure.
Dubois 41 is a 7-tier office class A. It is located in the city center of Wrocław on the Oder River. The structure received the BREEAM certificate. Dubois 41 offers 8031 sq. m of office and commercial area. It was commissioned in May this year. The building is totally rented by two American companies – 3M and Parker Hannifin.
