Microsoft is going to stay in the current headquarters located in the Warsaw Company House II office at Jerozolimskie 195A Avenue. The company is the main tenant of the structure owned by the fund managed by Griffin Real Estate. In result of the concluded long-term agreement, the Polish department of the American giant will occupy over 7000 sq. m of office area. We are glad that such a prestigious tenant as Microsoft decided to stay in Company House II for longer – says Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Office Leasing in Griffin Real Estate.

Company House II was included in the portfolio of Griffin in February 2014. The building occupies 9000 sq. m of office area and 150 parking places. The main tenants of the structure are Microsoft and Agfa. Griffin Real Estate is an investor on the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. The portfolio of the company includes e.g. DH Renoma in Wrocław, Lubicz I&II Office Center in Cracow, Supersam in Katowice, Green Horizon in Łódź, as well as many other office, commercial and service structures and investment plots in both the capital and the whole Poland.
