E. Wedel is going to open Chocolate Lounge in the Warsaw Zaułek Piękna office building in December this year. The new premises will occupy the commercial area of 85 sq. m. The owner of the office – Invesco – was represented by Department of Lease of Commercial Areas by Knight Frank in the negotiation of lease conditions. The gaining of E. Wedel brand constitutes a perfect complementation of portfolio of commercial and service tenants in the building for Zaułek Piękna and it will certainly enhance the attractiveness of the structure for tenants of office areas – says Paweł Materny, Chairman of Lease of Commercial Areas, Knight Frank.
At present, there are about 20 Chocolate Lounges by E. Wedel in Poland. They are located e.g. in Białystok, Gdańsk, Cracow, Warsaw, or Wrocław.
Zaułek Piękna is an office structure located at Piękna 18 Street, between Krucza and Mokotowska Streets, in Warsaw. This 9-tier office was completed in 2005 and it offers more than 8 000 sq. m of office area as well as 600 sq. m of commercial and service area. Moreover, tenants have 102 parking places at their disposal.
