CityFit in Olivia Business Center will be the next premises which is being realized within the chain. The first club was opened one year ago in Rzeszów. Other clubs are located in Warsaw and Lublin. Moreover, premises in Wałbrzych, Bielsko-Biała and Katowice are planned to be realized in the future. The signage of this agreement is the next step in realization of the CityFit strategy. Our clubs are situated in convenient points for inhabitants, open around the clock, 7 days a week. We are very glad about the opportunity of cooperation with our new partner – Olivia Business Center. New club owned by the CityFit chain will occupy two levels – 1st and 2nd floor in Olivia Six. The opening of CityFit is planned on 2016. We want our club to be the most modern premises of such type in Gdańsk. Our goal was to extend the service and entertainment offer in Tricity – adds Piotr Szczepanek, Marketing Manager of the CityFit chain.
At present, ca. 5 thousand people are working in the center and this number is still increasing. The opening of CityFit in Olivia Business Center is a natural development stage of our project and response to needs of our residents. From the very beginning, we wanted Olivia Business Center to offer much more than office areas to its tenants. Therefore, service and commercial points are located on the ground floors of the buildings. Fitness club also means development of sport offer of the center which consists in sport league for residents, Zumba lessons and Argentinian tango – says Maciej Grabski, Chairman of Olivia Business Center.
Olivia Business Center is the largest office and business center in the region. At present, the area of the complex totals 73 000 sq. m. Among tenants of Olivia Business Center there are such companies as Allianz, Amazon, Energa, PwC, Sii and ThyssenKrupp. The center is composed of five offices – Olivia Gate, Olivia Point, Olivia Tower, Olivia Four and Olivia Six, which was commissioned in May this year and it is in the process of the BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. In April this year, the building of Olivia Star was started. It will be the highest skyscraper in the city center.
