The operational headquarters of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa occupies nearly 2000 sq. m of area in the office owned by AIG/Lincoln Poland. It moved there from a former registered office located in Fabryka Broni „Łucznik”.
The experts hired in the accounting, administration, marketing, IT, commerce, production departments and entities responsible for research, development and innovations as well as teams which service certain modernization programs of the Polish Armed Forces will be working in the new headquarters of PGZ. At present, PGZ hires nearly 500 people in Radom, thanks to which it is one of the crucial employers in the region. There will be over 120 employees hired by the end of this year. The recruitment process for chosen posts is currently being conducted.
The official inauguration of the registered office of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa was held together with signing of crucial contracts concerning establishment of consortium for delivery of unarmed aerial vehicles and commencement of cooperation with universities and leading research and development centers. Additionally, Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa and Industrial Development Agency signed a letter of intent in the area of using so called Technology Transfer Platform during the ceremonies launching the activity in this new place. The Platform is a new device which gathers information about technologies and inventions as well as demand for innovation solutions recorded by the industry.
PGZ constitutes a Group of over 60 partnerships which function in the production and service industry and hire ca. 17,5 thousand employees. In the effect of consolidation, the partnerships create one of the largest defensive concerns in this part of the world.
Radom Office Park is a modern office complex which is composed of 2 office buildings class A located in the strict center of Radom. The first structure was commissioned in 2014 and it offers over 5000 sq. m of office area. Radom Office Park was designed in order to satisfy the needs of modern entrepreneurs, mainly from the sectors of outsourcing business processes and common services.
