The ISS Facility Service company extended a lease agreement in the building A, which belongs to Flanders Business Park. The unit, which is a member of the international ISS Group, is going to rent 838 sq. m of area for the future years.
The Office Bistro new canteen will be opened at the turn of March and April in the same building. The restaurant will occupy 377 sq. m of service area.
Innovation Group Poland, in turn, extended a lease contract concerning 325 sq. m and it will stay in Batory Office Building II. The company is a member of Innovation Group – a global deliverer of services and software for insurance, fleet, automobile and real estate industry.
Flanders Business Park is composed of two buildings marked with A and B letters. The complex, which is located at Łopuszańska Street and Krakowska Avenue, offers jointly ca. 14 500 sq. m of office area. At present, the construction works concerning the third building of the complex are being conducted. Its area will amount to nearly 7400 sq. m. The building C will be certified in BREEAM Interim system on „very good” level. As a target, Flanders Business Park will deliver 36 000 sq. m.
Batory Office Building II is a 6-tier office with underground garage. The investment was finished in 2009 and it offers 7800 sq. m of office rentable area. Batory Office Building I, the second building in the complex, was sold by Liebrecht & wooD in 2008.
