The lease agreements concerning 4000 sq. m of office area were signed by Eurowind, Upper Finance and one of the most prestigious legal offices. The Tides building will deliver 13 350 sq. m of space. BNP Paribas Real Estate is responsible for the commercialization of the structure.
The Tides, a building designed by late prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz, is located in close neighborhood of the Vistula river and Poniatowski Bridge. The project envisages consistency of the building with nature which surrounds it. Moreover, the structure is supposed to provide a work comfort through its separation from a busy Wioślarska Street. From the Vistula river, the building will be characterized by glass elevation wiping out the difference between interior and external environment – glittering bliks on a wavy surface of the water were inspiration for designers. From a busy Wioślarska Street, the elevation was designed as a multidimensional wall with windows about the different size. The HPL finishing with a wood structure refer to marine architecture. Furthermore, there will be also an exclusive aparthotel located in the building apart from the office area class A+.
The Tides is the first league among Warsaw offices, the tenants of which would like to build the value of their companies in many fields by enhancing the corporation image not only by a prism of a perfect location of the office – says Erik Drukker, Managing Director, Letting and Assesment Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Central and Eastern Europe.
The commission of the building is planned on the first quarter of 2016.
