West House 1B is a member of the West Forum Business Center office complex in Wrocław. The building was commissioned in 2014 and it offers over 12 000 sq. m of high class area. The lease agreements were signed by e.g. Netia Group, Objectivity Bespoke Software Specialists and Lodestone Management Consultants. At present, the property is rented in ca. 85 per cent. The application of modern and ecological solutions in the structure allowed to obtain low exploitation costs. Moreover, the investment received a prestigious LEED certificate at the Gold level.
The purchaser of the structure is GNT Ventures company which is owned by the Irish GNT capital group. It was represented by Knight Frank agency during the transaction process, whereas Archicom Group was advised by JLL. Norton Rose Fulbright and GWW Woźny i Wspólnicy legal offices were responsible for legal service.
Tomasz Puch, Director in Department for Office and Warehouse Property Capital Markets, comments the purchase of Wrocław investment: The sales of West House 1B is another transaction, the subject of which are office properties located outside Warsaw. Bearing in mind such a great interest, activity of investors, finalized agreements and negotiations which are currently being conducted, we expect that 2015 will end with a record volume of office transactions concluded on the biggest office markets outside the capital.
The next stage of the building of West Forum complex is currently being conducted. As a target, it is supposed to offer the largest office area in the capital of Lower Silesia – that is ca. 80 000 sq. m.
