Advantech Poland is a leading producer of innovative industrial computers, medical equipment and embedded software. In a newly built structure there will be: main registered office of the company for the Central and Eastern Europe, training center as well as service and distributional center. The rented area covers three modules, including: 940 sq. m of office space, 600 sq. m of service space and 940 sq. m of warehouse space, which jointly constitute ca. 2470 sq. m.
BWW Law & Tax has been also representing Ideal Idea during negotiations and concluding lease agreements in Ideal Idea Park III with such companies as: Castorama, Medicover, Baltona, Sandoz, Wincor Nixdorf, Solid MCG or OEM Automatic.

BWW Law & Tax legal office advised the company due to the sales of the first stage of office and warehouse Ideal Idea Park III complex to the benefit of BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. subsidiary during the purchase of property, in the process of building and commercialization of Ideal Idea Park III and on all stages of conducting previous development investments (Ideal Idea Park and Ideal Idea Park II). The investments include jointly 43 300 sq. m of office and warehouse area located in Warsaw Okęcie.
