The renegotiated agreement concerns over 6 600 sq. m of space, which has been at the Civil Aviation Office disposal since 2009. Except for it, the institution rented additional 117 sq. m.
Flanders Business Park is a modern office complex, realized by Liebrecht & wooD, located at the crossroads of Łopuszańska Street and Aleja Krakowska. We were one of the first developers, who envisaged a development of Łopuszańska Street surroundings. We are pleased that the Civil Aviation Office confirmed the choice’s appositeness of Flanders Business Park for its headquarters. The complex offers nearly 14 500 sq. m of office space. Currently, the investment’s second stage is being continued. It will provide another 22 100 sq. m. The structure is being realized in accordance with requirements of the BREEAM certification on “very good/excellent” level. Except for the offices, there will be located a restaurant and conference center for over 100 people.
