The new headquarters of Żabka Poland will be located on nearly 4500 sq. m of office area in Andersia Business Center complex in Poznań. The office is owned by Von der Heyden Group. The tenant was represented by Colliers International experts during the transaction.
Żabka Poland is a company from Poznań which owns the largest chain of shops of convenience type in the country under Żabka tradesign as well as Freshmarket supermarkets. The tenant will move into the new offices in December this year and it will be the largest tenant offering 11 000 sq. m. of gross leasable area. The headquarters in Poznań will be the main registered office of the company in Poland.
The lease transaction for Żabka Poland is one of the largest contracts on the Poznań office market within last few years. At present, the company owns 3500 shops in the whole Poland – thus a dynamic expansion generates new needs. The location of the main headquarters in Poznań is a natural choice – it is a place where first Żabka shops were built – commented Sebastian Bedekier, Regional Director in Colliers International in Poznań, responsible for the transaction.
Andersia Business Center is located at Królowa Jadwiga Street in Poznań. The office constitutes an integral part of the multifunctional complex which is being realized at Anders Square. The building was finished in 2012.
