At the beginning of June this year, Allcon Investment and Young Digital Planet companies concluded two transactions at the same time. The first of them concerned a purchase of a building located in close proximity to office complex ALLCON@park in Gdańsk. The present owner of the structure, Young Digital Planet company, sold a building to ALLCON@park investor, that is Allcon Investment company.
Along with the purchase, Allcon Investment gained a first tenant of its newest office investment in Gdynia – Łużycka Plus. Young Digital Planet is going to move into that structure. The company will start its activity in a new headquarters in August this year. The tenant will occupy ca. 2500 sq. m in the structure at Łużycka 3c. The reason for this change was development of the company and need for larger office area.
Łużycka Plus office is located in front of Łużycka Office Park complex and offers ca. 6300 sq. m of rentable area. The structure received „Obiekt Bez Barier” certificate as the first in Poland. Łużycka Plus is currently in the process of ecological BREEAM certification.
